Transgenic Core Facility

TCF has launched the services of GM mice production via TALENs- and CRISPR/Cas-mediated genome editing approaches. Applications of the state-of-art techniques customized types of gene modification according to investigators' needs (Figure 1), and the result can be obtained in a reduced timeframe, compared to conventional gene targeting (Figure 2).
